There are many debating what is in fact the greatest vitamin. Each vitamin has its own functions essential to overall health and well-being of the individual contributions. It is impossible in fact state that one of them is the greatest vitamin. However, there are certain foods that the largest quantities of vitamins.




The main sources of vitamin vary for each vitamin. It is important to have a balanced diet to ensure that the amounts required of each vitamin be obtained. However, it may be useful to the list of the largest sources of vitamins for each vitamin to use as a guide.
